A local security company is getting some national attention.

Detroit Urban Survival Training has the tagline "Born in Detroit," and it's trending across social media. They've even been featured by TMZ Sports in some video clips.

Now, Dale Brown is getting recognized everywhere. He's the founder of Detroit Urban Survival Training.

"At gas stations, I’m doing tactics," Brown told Fox 2.. "They start filming and ask to show them a tactic. I show them a tactic and they say 'Oh, it's real.'"

Even Saturday Night Live paid tribute to Brown on a recent episode, from football star Odell Beckham Jr.

Detroit Urban Survival Training has classes on Mondays and Fridays. For more information, go here.
