Americans like to drink, but we’re not the “drunkest” country in the world, according to a new study. Don’t me get wrong, we’re close, but not at the top.
A new GlobalDrugSurvey.com study has revealed that the United States in No. 4 when it comes to our drunk nature. So, who’s No. 1? That’s Australia, followed by No. 2 Denmark and No. 3 Finland.
Here are the top 10 countries ranked by the number of times respondents from each country stated they got drunk per year:
Australia: 26.7
Denmark: 23.8
Finland: 23.8
United States: 23.1
United Kingdom: 22.5
Canada: 22
Ireland: 20
France: 17.5
Sweden: 16
Netherlands: 15.7
