This is something that only happens in movies, or nightmares. First responders in China rescued an 82-year-old woman who was dangling upside down from a clothesline on a 19th floor balcony.
She was hanging sheets on a rack when she lost her balance and got tangled up. First responders had to attach a safety rope to her so they could pull her inside. She was shaken up but not injured.
