We’ve all had to listen to lots of bad music while sitting on hold with customer service. But a writer for the site BoingBoing claims he found the WORST, and the BEST.
His pick for worst hold music isn’t really “music” unless you use a liberal definition of what music is. It’s a series of clicks that lots of companies have used, including E-ZPass.
His pick for BEST hold music is a song called “Opus One”, written in 1989 by two guys named Tim Carleton and Darrick Deel.
