Fans in an Uproar Following Dramatic Monday Night Football Game
NFL viewers are in an uproar after last night’s Monday night football game (Nov. 8), following ref Tony Corrente calling a bad taunting penalty while also hip-checking a Bears player.
Towards the end of the Bears-Steelers game, Corrente called taunting against the Bears’ Cassius Marsh while looking down sidelines following a play. For real?
This was just called taunting. The officiating in the NFL continues to be a disaster. This entire game has been pathetic. https://t.co/08UgyGyhJC

Corrente also seemed to purposely hip-check Marsh while pulling out his flag.
Tony Corrente leaned into the contact and then held his flag toss like a walk off three pointer. What a joke pic.twitter.com/MhNlNVewJx

Why did the ref hip check the player, then throw the flag? pic.twitter.com/zcuyyHgSoJ

Do you think the NFL should look into the matter?
