How Did a Guy Get “Restless Anal Syndrome”?
Doctors claim this is the first case in the world. An elderly Japanese man has developed ‘restless anal syndrome’ after catching COVID.
A 77-year-old man was admitted to a Tokyo hospital after testing positive for COVID-19. He was released 21 days after but developed a new condition. He began to suffer ‘deep anal discomfort’ between the genitals and the anus. Giving him an urge to go to the bathroom, but when he would attempt to go the discomfort never subsided.
If he got up and moved around the symptoms would go away, but if he sat still the symptoms would return. Doctors are saying its restless anal syndrome.
