This happened in Pennsylvania, It's dashboard cam of a tractor-trailer stopped on a road, waiting for things to calm down. But they get worse.
Tornado-force winds hit nearby power lines, causing electrical explosions . . . and then the truck cab starts shaking and is TURNED on its side. Luckily, the driver was strapped into his seatbelt and escaped with only minor injuries.
