A Little Girl Wants to Neuter the Family Dog with Scissors

A video of a little girl and her pair of scissors is making the rounds.  She heard that the dog needs to get his "pom-poms" cut off, so she came equipped, and ready to help.

Mom had to take the scissors away and explain a few things.
