Matthew Stafford has a new home this year with the Los Angeles Rams, and while there was little question whether he would serve as one of the Rams’ team captains, it’s now official.
The Rams have announced eight team captains out of their 53-man roster, and Stafford is in there. He’s one of three first-team captains with the team.
The new captains are Stafford, Johnny Hekker, Jordan Fuller, Cooper Kupp, Andrew Whitworth, Robert Woods, Jalen Ramsey and Aaron Donald.
