Construction has started on Greektown's upcoming first residential tower.
According to Crain's, work at the location of the 16-story Gratiot and Brush project called "The eXchange" started several weeks ago and is slated to finish in spring 2023.
The project is projected to bring 153 residential rental units and 12 condos.
The project developer for The eXchange is LIFTbuild.
