A Guy Restrained in a Cop Car Steals the Car and Continues Crime Spree
On Saturday, a man in Missouri was restrained in a cop car after allegedly shoplifting and stealing a car. Somehow, he managed to STEAL the cop car so that he could continue committing crimes. He was later arrested again.
