After two years away, the Milford Memories festival is back this weekend.
The event will run from Aug. 13 to 15, kicking off Friday morning with hundreds of artists offering booths of goodies along Main Street.
Attendees will find a collection of art forms, including paintings, jewelry, photographs, textiles and more.
Art in the Village will run from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Friday, 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Saturday and 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday. Live music will also fill the streets for the full weekend.
Local restaurants and food vendors will also be open all weekend. For a full slate of events, performers and more, head to www.milfordmemories.com.
Anne Erickson started her radio career shortly after graduating from Michigan State University and has worked on-air in Detroit, Flint, Toledo, Lansing and beyond. As someone who absolutely loves rock, metal and alt music, she instantly fell in love with radio and hasn’t looked back. When she’s not working, Anne makes her own music with her band, Upon Wings, and she also loves cheering on her favorite Detroit and Michigan sports teams, especially Lions and MSU football. Anne is also an award-winning journalist, and her byline has run in a variety of national publications. You can also hear her weekends on WRIF.
