Motörhead have a new goodies to look forward to in the form of an authorized graphic novel from Fantoons, titled Motorhead: The Rise of the Loudest Band in the World.
The fully-illustrated graphic novel even has a foreword from Judas Priest vocalist Rob Halford. The book, which clocks in at 144-pages, follows Lemmy Kilmister’s childhood through the release of Ace of Spades.
“David and the Fantoons team captured Lem’s spirit and vibe perfectly, not to mention the overall spirit of what the band was all about. Their attention to detail was top notch, the art first class and the proof is in the final piece, which is splendid! Readers are sure to feel the raw grittiness that was the origins of Motörhead in each page,” explains a press release.
The new book will arrive Sept. 7. For more information, go here.
