Any fan of the Upper Peninsula knows that Pasty Fest is all the rage.
Now, after a year away, Pasty Fest is set to return to downtown Calumet on Aug. 21.
The festival is Copper Country’s annual celebration of the Cornish food favorite, which features meat and vegetables wrapped in dough.
While details are forthcoming, the festival usually features a parade, pasty bake-off, street fair and more.
A huge bubble machine is also on tap for this year’s event.
