Arkansas Police say an arrest warrant has been issued for a man with no arms after multiple reports of harassment at local grocery stores.
Multiple women have filed police reports that Brain Reams has harassed them while shopping in Arkansas. The incidents allegedly occurred at a Walmart or Kroger in their local area and all incidents reported are very similar.
Reams would approach the women, compliment their feet, then ask more probing questions about their feet. Then follow them around the store asking to touch/massage their feet. One woman even claims the man found her on social media and continued the harassment.
An arrest warrant was issued and police are asking if there are any other victims to please come forward.
