California Driver Pulled Over with Satellite Dish on Hood of Car

A police officer in California recently pulled over a driver for having a satellite dish on the hood the their car. It is illegal to have anything mounted to the hood of your car in California that could obstruct your view and this dish certainly did. The driver reported he was only affected when making right turns. There is no information about the driver being ticketed.
