Think metal isn’t for kids? Tell that to the students of Quebec’s Saint Albert Le Grand Elementary School.
The school recently booked Canadian death metal band Obvurt to perform a 20-minute set for a group of schoolchildren – and if the YouTube footage is any indication, they absolutely loved it.
Turns out, Obvurt guitarist Philippe Drouin is a music teacher at the school and the performance was the school principal’s idea, as part of their end-of-the-school-year party.
