The boss of an adult entertainment company has done something most bosses would never allow!
In an effort to encourage her staff to wind themselves down, Erika Lust, the CEO of the company named after her, allows her 36 person staff a thirty-minute “masturbation break” every day. After learning that some of her employees have become 'agitated' during lockdown she offered up the self-pleasure break.
She hopes it help normalize "masturbation" by allowing the entire staff sometime to themselves and even setup a private pleasure station at the office.
