Black Veil Brides have pushed back the release of their upcoming album, The Phantom Tomorrow.

The album, previously scheduled to drop June 4, will now arrive Oct. 29.

As frontman Andy Biersack explains in a video message, the COVID-19 pandemic has stunted the band's efforts to gather all the physical materials they originally planned for the album release, including vinyl options and a comic book series.

“We know that it’s going to be disappointing for you guys who were looking forward to hearing the full album on June 4, but I promise you that you will hear music around that date and much more coming in the future,” Biersack says in the video.

He also states that although he “can’t go into detail about it,” the “return of Black Veil Brides live music is happening sooner than you think."

The Phantom Tomorrow will mark Black Veil Brides' follow-up to 2018’s Vale.
