911 Call About Dismembered Body Leads to Finding Mannequin Parts

California Highway Patrol officers were responding to reports of dismembered body parts floating in the water off the highway ramp and discovered it was actually pieces of mannequins. Authorities have not figured out where they mysterious batch came from but were happy to find out they weren’t of human origin.
