An Ice Cream Thief Flees Cops but Ends Up Needing Rescue!

A guy in New York stole a bunch of Häagen-Dazs ice cream from a CVS then tried to run from the cops. Somehow during his attempt to flee he ended up clinging to the side of a building and in need of rescue.
