This looks like it could be a future "Untitled Goose Game" task for your little goose to accomplish in some future DLC. A soldier on a routine patrol in Thailand passed by an aggressive flock of geese.
One of those geese made sure his distaste for the soldier was known, as it chased him and began bitting at his boots.
