Michigan coach Jim Harbaugh has reportedly signed a five-year extension to keep him at the head of the university's football team.
The news comes from ESPN's Adam Schefter, who tweeted out the following report:
Financial terms of the agreement have not been publicized, but according to reports, the five-year extension is worth a whopping $20 million.
That keeps Harbaugh one of the highest-paid college football coaches in the U.S.
Michigan was 2-4 in 2020, marking Harbaugh's sixth season with the Wolverines and the school's first losing record since 2014. Michigan is currently 49-22 for Harbaugh's time with the team.
