The most common New Year's resolutions for 2020 were exercising more (46%), improving their diet (45%), losing weight (44%) and saving money (41%). According to the site, 49% of those who made 2020 resolutions say that they managed to stick to some but not all of them.

The most popular resolutions for US adults for 2021 are to exercise more (50%), lose weight (48%), save more money (44%), improve one's diet (39%) and pursue a career ambition (21%).
