Animal hoarder arrested with 26 cats, 6 dogs, 2 squirrels, blind owl found in home
A Connecticut woman is some trouble now for hoarding animals in her home. Donna Scirocco turned herself in to authorities this week after an arrest warrant was issued charging her with multiple accounts of animal cruelty.
The warrant was issued after an investigation was launched after neighbors complained about a stench and rats running around the neighborhood. They searched her home and found her in possession of more than two dozen cats, as well as dogs, squirrels and an owl. You can see why she is our “Mugshot of the Day” below!
