71-Year-Old Sets Four Powerlifting Records
Rudy Kadlub, at the age of 55, decided to get into powerlifting. Now, he’s 71, and he’s the holder of four world records. At the USPA Drug-Tested North American Championships in San Diego, he was able to do the following, a 430-pound squat, bench press 303-pounds, and a 518-pound deadlift. All adding up to a total of 1,251-pounds. All of which are world records for a 71-year-old man in the 222-pound weight class.
