A Phone Operator Forgets to Mute and Calls a Guy an Idiot

This could be a setup, but it's well done.  A guy filmed himself on speaker phone trying to deal with a customer service rep

. . . but she forgets to hit the mute button and calls him an [effing] idiot.  When he says he's still there, she hangs up.
