He even thinks it could possibly be an "abducted human." Eek!
Said "hat" was photographed by NASA's Mars Curiosity Rover, according to Express.co.uk, on the 931st day of its mission.
Scott C Waring of UFO Sightings Daily is the UFO hunter who discovered this artifact. He's one of the most famous UFO hunters in the world, so it's worth taking note. Or is it?
