Lakefront and Forested Land in Michigan Up for Auction
If you’ve ever dreamed of owning a unique plot of land in Michigan, now might be the time to act.
A new DNR land auction is on the way, with roughly 225 plots of land ranging from half an acre to 40 acres for sale, including lakefront and foreested land.
The bidding on the land parcels will happen starting Sept. 8. Those interested must pre-register at Tax-Sale.info, where all the land available is listed.
The parcels will be made available for bidding based on location following this schedule:
Sept. 8 – Shiawassee County.
Sept. 9 – Clare and Gladwin counties.
Sept. 10 – Lapeer County.
Sept. 17 – Allegan and Ottawa counties.
Sept. 24 – Lake and Newaygo counties.
Sept. 28 – Kalkaska, Missaukee and Wexford counties.
Oct. 1 – Crawford, Oscoda and Otsego counties.
Oct. 2 – Antrim County.
Oct. 3 – Bay County.
Oct. 5 – Gogebic, Houghton and Schoolcraft counties
