Why was a Florida man on the hood of a moving semi truck beating on the windshield?
A man wearing short-shorts and a tiny top was HANGING onto the hood of a semi that was driving down a Florida highway. He was using a steel bar to pound on the windshield while the trucker weaved back and forth trying to shake him loose. No one really knows why the man was acting this way, but he has been transported to a hospital for further evaluation and the case is still under investigation.
