National Mustard Day, believe it or not, is a thing.

The date is Aug. 1, and in honor, French's is releasing a limited-edition beer made with real mustard, named French's Mustard Beer. Just what we needed to make 2020 even spicier, right?

French's developed the beer with craft beer label Oskar Blues Brewery, so it's a joint bubbly effort.

The mustard, according to a press release, brings together French's Classic Yellow Mustard with the wheat bear, plus some flavors of key lime, lemon, tangerine and passion fruit. Wow!

"We're stoked on bold flavors at Oskar Blues Brewery and we never shy away from a challenge," said Oskar Blues Head Brewer, Juice Drapeau, in a statement. "With French's Mustard Beer we elevated the Classic Yellow Mustard flavor with tangy lemon and lime to create a tropical wheat ale I'd pair with a loaded hot dog on the hottest day of the year."
