Josh Katz of Badflower is turning 30, and in honor, the guys have a new song out called, yep, “30.”
The catchy, guitar-driven track has Katz singing about being “nervous’ about turning 30 and the uncertainty of moving into the next phase of his life.
“I’ve always been uncomfortable with the idea of getting older,” Katz said in a statement. “30 is a milestone I’ve been dreading since 20. I wanted to write a song about how I’m feeling internally and everything happening around me in 2020 as a 30 year old. The world is f***ing weird and I hate it here.”
