Free beer for all will be a reality, at least in Detroit, if Matt Prater has his way.
Bud Light recently offered a free beer to everyone in Denver if Broncos kicker Brandon McManus was able to break the NFL record for the longest field goal in the 2020 season, which is 64 yards.
Prater is the guy who actually holds the record.
That moved Prater to When I break my own record, what are we doing for the city of Detroit? @budlight

Bud Light responded and changed the competition. Now, it’s Prater against McManus for the beer.
Whichever kicker achieves the longest field goal this season will, via Bud Light, score a beer for everyone in his city.
Go, Prater!
