Meltdown: Lock Down – Day Twothursnesday
I hope everyone had a great Memorial Day weekend. I really needed the three day weekend to chill and just reset. Of course, the reason for the weekend was never far from my thoughts.
I did get a lot of work done. I helped my stepdaughter with a ton of hard work. I put some miles on the Harley with a friend. I did manage to get 55 miles on my bicycle, bringing my 2020 total to 408 road miles.
I plopped down on the couch last night to see what Netflix had to offer. I watched the Adam Sandler movie, Uncut Gems. I remember seeing all sorts of adds for it on Twitter last year so I wanted to check it out. It’s always a win when you put on one of the streaming services and you don’t have to scroll through a billion titles to find something to watch. Anyway, it was pretty good. It was a little chaotic with a lot of guest stars. Kevin Garnet played himself and was solid. I love how they incorporated actual game footage into the movie. You’ll have to watch it to see what I mean.
Overall I thought it was worth the watch. Give shot if you have an extra two hours and fifteen minutes to kill.
Lots going on this week. I’m also announcing a music challenge for the month of June. I’ll be unveiling it later this week.
Have a great Tuesday….yes, it’s Tuesday.
