A guy in Vermont is facing charges after he went into a Dunkin' Donuts with no pants.
According to reports the man wandered into the Dunkin' Donuts with no mask and no pants. Exposed himself to the clerk working. The man actually had pants with him but chose to carry them around instead use them the way intended. He was charged with lewd and lascivious conduct as well as violating his probation from another charge related to a sex offense.
