There is a woman from Bulgaria that has had more than 20 hyaluronic acid lip injections procedures done. Nothing is official but it is believed she has the biggest lips in the world.
She started getting lip injections back in 2018 and has spent so much money on them she has lost track of how much money she has actually spent. She loves her huge lips and still wants to get more injections done even though many doctors think her lips are too big. You can see pics of her huge lips at the link below.
