Nita Strauss, who you may know from backing rockers such as Alice Cooper, has launched an online guitar teaching program that is open to anyone at any skill level. Called "Rock Guitar Fundamentals," Strauss' system comes in three tiers. The first is for beginners, the second teaches theory, and the third gets to learn some pretty cool techniques. Jade was born and raised in Detroit Rock City and grew up listening to Led Zeppelin, The Who, Tom Petty, etc. In high school she tried multiple different styles from cheerleader to goth but couldn’t do gymnastics and couldn’t get her eyeliner dark enough.
