Meltdown: Lock Down – Day 524
Well, here we are again….
I had a pretty productive day yesterday. I posted a new Talkin’ Rock podcast with my guest, Sully Erna from Godsmack. We talked about numerous topics including what he’s doing now, drummer Shannon Larkin’s sobriety, what’s up with the band and more. Check it out here.

The RIFF of the day is the legendary Jimmy Page. I remember reading the book “Hammer of the Gods” about Led Zeppelin in high school. I was so proud of myself that I actually read a book for a book report, instead of fudging it, like I usually did. Of course, I wasn’t a great student and ended up handing it in late. The teacher gave me a 70 and said I would’ve gotten a much better grade had I handed it in on time. You live and learn…..LOL
I actually had a dream last night that I went to play hockey. I get crazy dreams like that from time to time about things I use to do. I quit smoking over 20 years ago and every now and then I’ll have a dream I was smoking or buying cigarettes. Man, I hope I can get back on the ice soon….

This is Shawn Burr and I from a charity game about 10 years ago or so. He once told me he wore #11 because it made him look thinner! LOL That guy was so funny. There was no doubt when he walked into a room that it was about to get louder and less politically correct! Miss you Burrsy..
