Police in Taiwan gave a breathalyzer test to a five-year-old who accidentally crashed his bike into a Tesla.
The police officer involved in the breathalyzer was taking heat for giving such a young person a test. He argued that all individuals involved in a traffic accident had to be checked for alcohol, even those “driving slow vehicles” such as a child’s bicycle...in the future officers will be flexible in their decisions if children are involved.
