A 60-year-old man was being pulled over for failing to stop at a stop sign. When an officer tried to pull the man over he began to flee but swerved off the road.
The officer found the man naked with a string tied to his dong as well as a baggie of methamphetamine, a rolled dollar bill, and joints. When the officer asked the man why he fled he said it was because he was naked...no word on why the the string was there though.
