Senior surfer fights off great white shark
A 60-year-old surfer from Auckland was attacked by a Great White Shark believed to be 3 meters long the other day.
He said that he was out paddling along and he felt something bump the side of his forearm and elbow then suddenly he was bitten and teeth were latched into the front of his surfboard. He remembered that sharks don’t like being hit in the face or eyes so he started repeatedly punching the shark in the eye.
