Drivers Tries to Pass Stuffed Dinosaur Off as Passenger in Carpool Lane

You have to applaud the effort, but unfortunately for this driver, a stuffed dinosaur does not count as a passenger when you’re in the carpool lane.
The attempt was amusing enough for the trooper who made the traffic stop that he posted and photo on Twitter, which you can check out below!
