I was at the grocery store the other and literally thought to myself, "this would be so much better if I could be drinking a beer while shopping."
Looks like my dreams are coming closer to reality! A Charlotte, N.C. based sushi vendor has picked the Brighton Meijer as the location for their first dine-in sushi and craft beer eatery! I don't live super close to Brighton these days, but I did grow up in South Lyon so I guess I'll have to visit my parents a little more often and hit up the Brighton Meijer! A grand opening is happening this Friday at 1pm where they will be giving out prizes and serving up cold brews and sushi! I may call into work. More details below!
