A woman from the Detroit area was arrested earlier this week and charged with aggravated assault.
Police were called to the scene and found a man bleeding from his mouth. The report says the two were engaged in a consensual kiss when the woman bit off an inch of the man's tongue. Officers recovered the piece of the man's tongue from the bedroom. The woman is currently being held in lieu of $25,000 bail.
