A 29-year-old dude from Vero Beach, FL was stopped on his bicycle for not having any lights, and when deputies found cocaine tucked away in his hat, he said they those drugs were not his and he didn’t know how they got there.

CLOSE INDIAN RIVER COUNTY - A man accused of having cocaine in his hat told investigators he didn't know the drugs were there, an arrest affidavit states. A 29-year-old Vero Beach man was arrested at 11:10 p.m. Jan. 8 on a charge of possession of controlled substance after the headgear hullabaloo.
