Florida Man With Cocaine In Hat Says Drugs Aren’t His

A 29-year-old dude from Vero Beach, FL was stopped on his bicycle for not having any lights, and when deputies found cocaine tucked away in his hat, he said they those drugs were not his and he didn’t know how they got there.
