I'll never forget getting the call to come to Detroit in the mid-90's. My first thought was - "That's were they build the cars!". Anyone who knows me, knows I'm a staunch American car guy. My grandfather once told me "Always buy an American car", and I always have.

#3 - Chevrolet Corvette. There's just something sleek about this great American car. The aerodynamics, power, two seat luxury. It's the closest I've ever gotten to driving a go-cart down the road at 100 MPH.

#2 - Dodge Challenger. I loved them as a kid and I love the new models as well. Unlike my #1 pick, they did it right in bringing back this classic piece of American muscle with two doors, and pretty much the same shape as the original.

#1 - Dodge Charger (late 60's/early 70's). OK, I'll admit, I'm a MOPAR guy at heart. That being said, I'm not a huge fan of the four door newer version that's out now. My love of this classic goes back to those crazy Duke boys! LOL
