You Can Rent Sammy Hagar’s Lakeside Chateau – for Only $30K a Month

While few of us can afford to buy a mansion from a rock star, Sammy Hagar has decided to offer his lakeside chateau in California for rent. Unfortunately, one would still have to be pulling down some major bucks to afford it.

Hagar is looking to rent his Lake Arrowhead vacation home for $30,000 a month. For that price, the lucky tenant gets full use of the 6,557-square-foot home, which features eight bedrooms, nine bathrooms, a private deck, a steam shower, cedar-lined sauna, a full bar, a game room and a soundproof recording studio. Offering the property for rent is Hagar's latest attempt to re-purpose the home, which he bought for $2.3 million in 2009. After he failed to attract any buyers when he put in on the market for $5.25 million in 2017, he lowered the price to $3.9 million -- and still received no offers. Check out photos of the home HERE.
