He has 18 priors for speeding and one for assault, still an Irish judge said jail time wasn't appropriate.
Conor McGregor was arrested in April after punching a man in a Dublin pub who refused to do a shot with him. The UFC fighter pleaded guilty Friday and was fined just over $1,100.
"I assure you nothing of this nature will happen again regarding me," ESPN reports McGregor said in court. He had already apologized and financially compensated the guy who declined to make a victim statement.
