A Man Over Thinks His Crime Prep and Gets Busted Before He Commits the Crime

A guy in Ohio came up with a complex plan to rob a bank on Tuesday that involved reporting a fake shooting threat at two high schools to distract the cops.

  But after he reported the threat, the cops tracked HIM down . . . and arrested him on his way to the bank robbery.  Now he's facing several charges.
