A “Flaming Tire” Lets Out a Weird Scream

This is odd, but interesting.  It's video of a car tire on the floor of a garage, and some guy is spraying it with something.  And then he lights it on fire and the tire lets out a yelp

. . . kind of like it's screaming at him.
